If you’re ready to ask for help, get a free assessment (in-person or virtual) by contacting the Texas Health Behavioral Health (THBH) team. They’ll help you understand and find the best course of treatment based on your individual needs. To schedule an appointment, call 682-236-6023.

Personalized outpatient support for complex needs
For individuals needing to treat and recover from mental illness or addiction, Texas Health Behavioral Health programs use best practices and provide a structured, supportive environment. "Through group and individual sessions, patients learn the tools they need to build foundational mental health skills, and face the triggers and stressors of everyday life, while having a safe place to talk. AbleTo: coaching you through the challenges
Our AbleTo program provides members with confidential one-on-one therapy and coaching over eight weeks to establish the mental and physical strategies to manage your emotional challenges. After an initial consultation you’ll have two phone/video appointments per week, one with a certified therapist, one with a behavior coach - anytime it suits: daytime, evenings, even weekends. AbleTo is not included in all plans, so please call the Member Services number on your ID card to confirm eligibility and out of pocket expenses.
Inpatient services: a stable, safe place
As with a physical illness, sometimes people need to be hospitalized to treat an acute behavioral health condition. The inpatient program at Texas Health Behavioral Health provides 24-hour monitoring, treatment, and stabilization for individuals in a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment. Partial hospitalization options offer them the structure and skills for self-management and daily living.
